Introduction to QNVC

QB3 New Ventures Consulting (QNVC) is a student- and postdoc-run biotech venture consulting firm that  accelerates the movement of innovation from the university to the market. We conduct market opportunity analysis and develop business models to lay the initial foundation to commercialize university technology.  Our teams of graduate students, postdocs, and MBA candidates work closely with investigators and entrepreneurs from labs at UCSF, UC Berkeley, and UC Santa Cruz to identify the challenges and opportunities involved in traversing the path from bench to business.

QNVC consultants come from both scientific and business backgrounds.
