This approach removes many obstacles that scientists from the academic and private sector face with proprietary software. We believe that software for automated imaging can be deployed at lower cost and with increased transparency and reliability. 100X Imaging develops advanced, custom software solutions based on the existing open source platform micro-manager and on its extensive in-house expertise in many diverse areas of automated imaging. -
